Three Essex County creameries will open their doors for an Adirondack Harvest public cheese tour: North Country Creamery in Keeseville, Asgaard Farm in Au Sable Forks and Sugar House Creamery in Upper Jay. Folks are invited to visit the creameries for farm tours, cheese samples, demonstrations, and product & prepared food sales. More information can be found at with updates coming this summer.

Lake Placid Holiday Village Stroll 12/12/2014, 12/13/2014, 12/14/2014 A Lake Placid tradition, the Stroll is a family and couples weekend chock full of events, entertainment, parties, dining specials and shopping in the fairy-tale winter wonderland of Lake Placid. The weekend includes lots of free kids activities. Santa will be making an appearance in several locations throughout the weekend.
